Copeland Builders Managing Director, Nicholas Copeland, started his own building business in his early twenties, and at the age of 19, was involved as a subcontractor, working on one of the deepest sewerage contracts in Australia, located on Bathurst Island, North Territory. This type of versatility in managing a diverse range of small and large projects has assisted the business in achieving quality workmanship, along with truly understanding the scope of your residential, renovation, commercial, industrial, and civic construction project.

In 2007, they were the recipients of the Master Builders awards for the Home Renovation / Remodelling Project over 1 million dollars. A crucial part of our overall service offering is that we employ our own carpenters, bricklayers, and concreters. This has a major impact on the quality that is achieved, as our employees meet our consistent and stringent quality criteria each and every time. Our in-sourcing model also greatly affects the price that we can provide.
Some of our projects have been completed well before time, due to our project experience. Achieving this also has a lot to do with the employees we hire. Our business now combines two generations, as Nicholas’s three sons are now a major part of this Brisbane, Queensland based building company.
